Refund policy

In our online store, we aim to guarantee customer satisfaction. Therefore, we offer the following return policy:

Products must be returned unused, in perfect condition, with their original packaging, labels, and all included accessories.

Returns of personalized or used products are not accepted, such as worn shoes or custom-strung rackets.

To process any return, proof of purchase is required, such as a receipt, invoice, or order number.

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending a defective or incorrect product, we will cover all associated costs.

If the return is due to the customer’s decision, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days from the receipt and verification of the product.

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.

In the case of partial returns, only the value of the returned product will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

By making a purchase in our store, the customer accepts the conditions set out in this return policy.
